Barung Landcare Association Strategic Directions

FutureSense was engaged by Barung to facililate the development of their 2030 Vision amongst their members.

The project outcomes include:

1. Fostering genuine engagement to listen to the diverse views within the Committee and Executive arms of the association; and
2. Develop a shared understanding of future challenges and strategic directions.

The project outputs include the design and facilitation of a member survey and visioning workshop to develop:

• a shared long-term vision statement (20yrs) of who Barung are its preferred future;
• key strategic outcomes or focus areas that direct efforts to achieve the vision; and
• prioritised local actions for the Association.
