- Fostering genuine engagement to listen to the diverse views within the Committee and Executive arms of the association; and
- Develop a shared understanding of future challenges and strategic directions.
The project outputs include the design and facilitation of a member survey and visioning workshop to develop:
- a shared long-term vision statement (20yrs) of who Barung are its preferred future;
- key strategic outcomes or focus areas that direct efforts to achieve the vision; and
- prioritised local actions for the Association.
