Phillip  has authored several journal articles and book chapters discussing sustainable urban futures, knowledge cities, macrohistory and city dynamics; as well as present conference papers nationally and internationally about best practice urban design, community visioning and the role of cities as catalysts for the development of planetary civilisation.
